Billing Questions
Everything about trials, plans and payments.
No. Pick a plan and your free trial starts that day, with no card. Library Pro is free for 3 months; Workspace Pro and Workspace Pro + Library are free for 6 months. Each account gets one free trial.
If you added a card, your plan simply carries on: the first charge is on the day the trial ends, and we email you 7 days and 1 day before with the date and the amount. You keep every free day, even if you add the card at the last minute.
If you didn't, your account becomes read-only. Everything stays: your tracks stay visible and playable, links you already shared keep working, and projects in progress keep running, so creators can still submit and clients can still approve. You just can't add new tracks or start new projects until you add a card, which restores everything at once.
Yes, in Settings → Billing, in a couple of clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you're never charged again. Nothing you made is deleted.
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, once per account. Your plan then ends and your account becomes read-only; nothing is deleted.
After that, cancelling stops future charges, and there's no refund for the rest of a month you already paid for, except where the law requires one. Billing mistakes are always refunded in full.
Never because of billing. If a trial ends, a payment fails or you cancel, your account becomes read-only and everything stays. Your tracks and projects are only deleted if you delete them, or delete your account.
Tracks: up to 1,000 during the free trial and 10,000 once you're paying. Every version counts as a track (a main mix, an instrumental and a 30-second cut are 3 tracks); stems are free. Deleting a track frees its place.
Projects: Workspace plans include 100 new projects a month, during the trial and after. The count starts again each billing month (during the trial, monthly from the day it started). Drafts count, and deleting a project doesn't give its place back.

Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where applicable: VAT or sales tax is added at checkout depending on where you are. Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.
Anytime. An upgrade applies at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade applies at the end of the month you paid for. Switching during a free trial keeps your trial's end date.
